Trained in Italy, Chef AJ will show you how to use the best techniques for hand rolled pasta. So if you don’t have a pasta sheeter, that’s no problem! If you do have one at home, we’ll show you exactly how to use it and answer any questions you may have. We’ll show you from start to finish how to make a beautiful Italian pasta dinner.

Class will run about 2 hours and tuition cost is per device. One week before class, you will receive an email with the recipes, recommended tools list and Zoom invitation. Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations due to low enrollment will be fully refunded.
